At Least I’ll Be Skinny

you guys, I am so tired and so hungry all the time in New York. I’m not going to give you the blah blah blah about how expensive shit is in New York, because honestly, it’s not that bad. If you’re from the Bay Area. I mean, I went to a bomb dot com sandwich place today for lunch, and I was like, “oh, just ten dollars, for my sandwich and drink?” Shit would have been like $12 at Morucci’s.

I’ve been sleeping pretty poorly, mainly because I decided a mattress cover was a silly investment, so i’ve been slip and sliding my way around my extra-long twin. The lack of sleep means that at least a few times a day, i have to stab myself repeatedly with a pen to keep from falling asleep during a lecture. Or I have narcolepsy. I’m pretty sure it’s narcolepsy, guys. I fall asleep ALL THE TIME.

Yesterday, traveled with some of my mag group to a pizza place where they’ll give you a  free slice with a pint or shot. I know where I’m going after a long day. I also bought underwear on my lunchbreak so I wouldn’t have to do laundry. New York is changing me. I’ve even started eating rice cakes. I don’t know myself anymore…
