Quick Update

Just wanted to pop in to say hello! I’m alive. I made it to New York in one piece, barely. Super large amount of backup at Southwest the morning of my flight, so had to sprint on to the flight. I am going to be so svelte.

Living back in a dorm is…weird, but this has got to be the most ridiculously nice dorm, ever. for really reals. I’ve managed to get lost approximately four times in the past two days, befriend some bartenders with Leanne while we drank until 3 in the morning, give my number to the editor-in-chief at Lucky (she is AMAZING), and somehow survive, despite waking up at 3 a.m., California time. My mom gifted me the most beautiful camera for my birthday, which I haven’t even had the chance to take out of the box, so I’m hoping to get some pictures snapped and this blog updated this weekend. Dom’s coming to visit for my birthday, and I’m hoping to actually get around the city, not just drag my ass back and forth from Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

Also, big thanks to my mom for giving me the HBO Go log-in info so I can watch GoT. Ya’ll are going nuts on Facebook and I need to figure this shit out before I read a spoiler.

Will update more soon, pinky swear!
